Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Standard Products: All standard orders are processed within [2–5] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Customized/Personalized Products: For items that require customization or personalization, the processing time depends on the specific requirements of the order. These products typically require an additional 10–14 business days for production before they are ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

1) Express shipping by DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/USPS/CNE,etc, which takes 5 - 12 days.

2) Standard shipping, which takes 10 - 20 days.

3) Free shipping, which takes 25 - 40 days.(Orders over $99.90)

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely, including but not limited to [CNE, 4PX, Yanwen, DHL, FedEx, USPS].

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow [48 hours] for the tracking information to become available.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MRIMIN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Address / Order Cancellations

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We will be as discreet as possible on customs labels, but we are required to indicate the contents inside and the retail price. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that items being shipped are legal in your area. We cannot be held responsible or issue refunds for anything that is confiscated or destroyed by customs. Please note that we are also unable to offer refunds on shipping. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be refunded for the cost of the items purchased only. 

Lastly, it is important to note that your country may charge you duty or tax in order for you to pick up your package.
