Refund policy
We accept returns or exchanges for international and US orders. Additionally, we cannot assume responsibility for items held up in customs or packages that have been confiscated.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased with discount codes cannot be refunded.
3. Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow for up to 5 business days after we receive your return for us to process your return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5-10] business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
It's also important to note that your country may charge you duty or tax in order for you to pick up your package. MRIMIN is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties that are levied. We are unable to process refunds for items seized by customs.
